Looking forward to our October Launch
We are excited about our upcoming double launch on October 12th where we will be sharing the updated version of the Virtual Center for the Human Family and opening a new exhibit of works from the Paradise Project.
Virtual Center
In October 2023 Think Round hosted a presentation to launch the Virtual Center for the Human Family, a culmination of a year of work by hundreds of dedicated interns. Having shown this initial version of the center we invited attendees to share their thoughts, ideas, inspirations and dreams for the center, and tell us what they would like to see in the future evolution and development of this experience.
Over the last year, we have been using these ideas and visions for the virtual experience to create an updated version of the site which we are excited to share. For example, we have now added the entire catalog of completed Paradise Project artworks to the site so visitors can browse the collection. In addition, we have added a soil restoration workshop in exterior spaces to show our focus on the importance of regenerative technology and upgraded the gift shop with new features.
Our ultimate goal is for the Virtual Center to be accessible to visitors, so we welcome your input on this next iteration.
New exhibit
In-person attendees at the event will also get to see the latest works as part of the Paradise Project, a vast collection of works that Heidi Hardin has been working on for over 25 years. The completed Paradise Project installation will be made up of 7 trees of life, with 4 families represented in each. That means that there will be 546 portraits of 28 families practicing 10 major world religions.
Think Round has previously exhibited the portraits of Jews, Christians, Muslims, Hindus & Sikhs. This new exhibit, entitled First Families/Family First (Indigenous) will show 40 completed portraits of two Indigenous families from North and South America.
