Dr. Clyde Lewis, President (he/him)
Dr. Lewis is a board trustee and vice president of Antioch Unified School District, Lecturer at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, President Kiwanis International Delta Club, and Founder of ONESSIS International, a program designed to support the re-entry of formerly incarcerated youth. Dr. Lewis was recently nominated, accepted, and confirmed as President of Think Round’s Board of Directors.

Hideki Uchida, Treasurer (he/him)
Hideki Richard Uchida received his Business B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, his M.A. from San Francisco State University, and his J.D. from Golden Gate University. He served as the Budget Officer for the J. Paul Lennard Library at San Francisco State University for 30 years while working part-time teaching Business Law at City College of San Francisco. Since retiring from State, he has been a tenured full-time professor at City College teaching Business Law and computer applications.
Richard serves Think Round in countless invaluable ways. Thank you Richard for being so wonderful.
Heidi Hardin, Executive Director, Founder, and Board Member (she/her)
Heidi Hardin is a visual artist, writer, and educator whose mission is to cultivate the fullest potential of home and family through art and science. She is the creator of The Paradise Project and founder of Think Round, Inc., which she has led since 2004. Her work integrates neuroscience, child development, interfaith storytelling, and environmental justice, particularly through transforming San Francisco’s Superfund sites into spaces for healing and education. Heidi continues to lead Think Round’s evolving vision as it prepares to deliver its global initiative, “ the Center for the Human Family”.
Ismaila Biaye, Board Member, Chair of Community Outreach and Engagement (he/him)
Mr. Biaye is a retired educator and founding board member of Think Round, Inc. A native of Senegal and long-time high school French teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area, he brings a wealth of cultural knowledge and a deep commitment to youth empowerment to his leadership role. Now retired from the classroom, Mr. Biaye is dedicating his time to advancing Think Round’s global and community outreach, building interfaith, cross-cultural, and environmental partnerships that support the creation of the Center for the Human Family.
Tyler Lefky, Secretary (he/him)
Tyler Lefky is a barred attorney in the states of California and New York. He is currently acting as General Counsel for Clockwork Laboratories, Inc., a video game developer and is devoted to helping the Bay Area's development through the arts and sciences.
Robert Salas
Robert Salas is a seasoned writer, editor, and visual communicator with a passion for blending design with beauty and purpose. The Master of Education focused on Industrial Media to provide tools of analysis & strategy, while decades of writing and media production have made him an active listener with a refined aesthetic. Robert is a trusted advisor/strategist/collaborator, especially with messaging and the overall digital presence. Empathy and compelling design help him to articulate and contextualize the organization’s twin visions. His work reflects a commitment to storytelling, healing, and social transformation.
Basak Dogan, Program Committee Chair
Basak has 22 years of international experience and architectural background to deliver complex and innovative projects in various domains, such as high-speed railway, mass-rapid transit, airport design, and city development. She is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and hold an ISO 9001 certification for quality management.
In her words “my goal is to contribute to the sustainable and inclusive development of the communities and regions that benefit from the infrastructure projects.“
