First Families/Family First (Indigenous)..An Exhibit Opening Oct 11

What does it mean to see family through the lens of art? This October, we invite you to witness an extraordinary exhibit that honors Indigenous families-their portraits, their stories, and the choices that shape their lives.

Heidi Hardin has been entrusted with family photographs from Indigenous communities and asked to reimagine them through paint. The result is a powerful collection that celebrates heritage, resilience, and the deep bonds of family.

This exhibit isn’t just about art, it’s about listening. Each painting is a conversation between memory and imagination, between the past and the present.
